Baindava is the circle on top of the eyebrows. This is the throne of Divine Mother.
It is said like this in Swacchanda tantra
Haakinee mandalaa doordhwam binduroopanthu vartulam
The sphere on top of the Haakinee mandala is called Bindu. Shiva lives here.
Vaamabhaage samaaseena shaantyateetha manonmanee
Manonmanee is on his left side. She is shantyateetha.
That is the everlasting blissful Bindu. Baindava is a group of Bindus. That is Divine Mother's throne.
It is said like this in Gjnaarnava tantram
Binduvyooham pravakshyaami beejaroopam varaanane
ha kaaram binduroopena brahmanam viddhi paarvathi
sa kaaram bindusargaabhaam harischaaham sureshwari
avinaabhaava sambandho loke hariharaavithi
O Parvathi! Let me explain about the Bindu vyuha that is in the form of beeja(seed). 'Ham' represents Brahma. 'Sah' represents myself and Hari. The union of these is Tripura. That is Divine mother. Hence she is called Baindavasana
Vaamaditraya, icchaditraya, jaagradaaditraya. All these are forms of Bindu. These three are called Tripura. Sri chakra is caused by Bindu. That is Divine mother's throne.
Divine mother stays at the sahasraara in human body. That is Bindu. That is her seat. Hence she is called Baindavasana
Brahmarandhro mahasthaane vartate satatam shivaa
chcchaktih paramaadevee madhyame supratishtithaa
Paramaeshwara is in Brahmarandhra. Divine mother who is the Chit Shakti also stays there. That is Bindu.
