ప్రియం కరోతీతి - ప్రియంకరీ
భక్తులకు ప్రియమును చేయునది. అమ్మ ప్రేమ స్వరూపి కాబట్టి ప్రియంకరి. భక్తుల యొక్క కోరికలన్నింటినీ తప్పక తీరుస్తుంది. భక్తుల సంకల్పం ఏమిటో చూసి, వారి అనుష్టానాన్ని బట్టి వారి కోరికలు తీరుస్తుంది. యజ్ఞయాగాదులు చేసేవారి కోరిక ఏమిటో చూసి వారి కోరిక తీరుస్తుంది. ఈ రకంగా ధనధాన్యాలు, భోగభాగ్యాలు, సిరిసంపదలు, రాజ్యాలు ఏంకావాలంటే అవి ఇస్తుంది. ఈ విధంగా ఇహమే కాదు పరం కూడా అంటే మోక్షం కూడా ప్రసాదిస్తుంది. అందుచేతనే అమ్మ తననుఅర్చించేవారికి ఇహము పరము కూడా ఇస్తుంది అని చెప్పబడుతోంది.
Priyam karee means the one who shows affection. Divine mother shows lot of affection towards her children. That is her motherhood. She fulfills all the desires of her children. She gives food, money, comforts and luxuries to those who ask her. She even gave great kingdoms to those who worshipped her. She not only gives material possessions but also gives moksha(liberation). Those who pray Her get both material pleasures and liberation. She gives all these out of her affection.
