మూల అంటే కారణం. ఈ సృష్టి అంతటికీ పరమాత్మే కారణం. అటువంటి పరమాత్మ యొక్క స్వరూపం కాబట్టి మూల విగ్రహ రూపిణి అని అన్నారు. బీజ రూపంలో ఉన్న పరమాత్మ సృష్టి చేయాలి అని అనుకున్నాడు. అప్పుడు అందులోంచి ఒక శక్తి వచ్చింది. ఈ సృష్టిని సృష్టించింది. ఆ శక్తే మన లలితమ్మ.
Here Mola means reason. Paramaatma is the reason for the whole creation. Divine mother Lalitha is its perceivable form. Initially, only Paramaatma existed. It thought of creation. Then Shakti came out of it. That Shakti created everything. That Shakti is Divine Mother Lalitha.
