Kshetra is the place where the seed germinates. The earth is the kshetra for a paddy seed. Similarly the body and sacred temples are kshetra for the seeds of knowledge. That is why shrines like Kashi, Rameswaram, Prayag, etc., are called kshetras. The bodies of all living beings also kshetras.
The deities in the shrines are a combination of all integral philosophies. It is the collective form of all living beings in the world. The same as the Virat form.
All perceivable nature is a kshetra for the seed of knowledge. It is an aspect of the Supreme Lord. That is why it is called kshetra swaroopa.
బీజం అంకురించే ప్రదేశమే క్షేత్రం. వడ్ల గింజకు భూమి క్షేత్రం అయితే జ్ఞాన బీజానికి దేహము దేవాలయాలు క్షేత్రాలు. అందుకే కాశీ, రామేశ్వరం, ప్రయాగ మొదలైన పుణ్యతీర్ధాలు అన్నీ క్షేత్రాలనబడతాయి. అన్ని జీవుల శరీరాలు క్షేత్రాలే.
పుణ్యక్షేత్రాలలో ఉండే దేవతామూర్తుల మూలవిరాట్లు సమగ్ర తత్త్వాల సమ్మేళనాలు. జగత్తులోని సర్వజీవులయొక్క సమిష్టి రూపము. అదే విరాడ్రూపము. అదే క్షేత్రస్వరూపం.
నామరూపాత్మకమైన ప్రక్రుతి అంతా క్షేత్ర స్వరూపమే. ఈ ప్రకృతికూడా పరమేశ్వరుని అంశమే. అందుచేతనే క్షేత్రస్వరూపా అనబడుతుంది.
