Vishanga is described as a man eating giant (ogre). He is brother of Bhandasura. He is born out of Bhandasura's left shoulder. He represents our desire for carnal pleasures. We learnt in 69th name that Manthrini helps us in differentiating truth and illusion. This is key to win over desire for carnal pleasures. All carnal pleasure are momentary (kshanikalu). The bliss of Atman is the only everlasting happiness. So by differentiating between momentary and everlasting happiness, you can triumph over the desire for carnal pleasures.
Concept - Those who with to progress spiritually should exert discretion between momentary pleasures and everlasting happiness. They should say 'not this', 'not this' for carnal pleasure and keep mind steadfast on Atma.
