513. Kaakiniroopadhaarini

స్వాధిష్ఠాన చక్రానికి అధిదేవత అయిన సిద్ధేశ్వరీదేవి యొక్క బీజము, శక్తి, కీలకము అన్నీ కకార సంకేతంగానే ఉంటాయి అందుచేత ఆమె కాకిన అనబడుతుంది. యోగినీన్యాసంలో స్వాధిష్ఠానాన్ని వివరిస్తూ

స్వాధిష్టానాఖ్యపద్మే రసదళలసితే వేదవం త్రినేత్రాం
హస్తాభ్యాం ధారయంతీం త్రిశిఖగుణకపాలాభయాం ఉన్మత్త గర్వాం
మేదోధాతు ప్రతిష్టాం అళిమదముదితాం బందినీ ముఖ్యయుక్తాం
పీతాం దధ్యోదనష్టాం అభిమతఫలదాం కాకినీం భావయామః ||

ఆరు దళాలు గల స్వాధిష్ఠానచక్రంలో నాలుగు శిరస్సులు, మూడుకనులు గలిగి, చేతులయందు త్రిశూలము, పాశము, కపాలము, అభయముద్ర కలిగి, అతిశయించిన గర్వముకలదై మద్యము త్రాగి సంతసించుచున్నది. మేదస్సు అను ధాతువునందుండునది, బందిన్యాది శక్తులతో పరివేష్టితమైన కాకినీ దేవిని ధ్యానించుచున్నాను.

శంకరభగవత్పాదులవారు తమ సౌందర్య లహరిలోని 39వ శ్లోకంలో స్వాధిష్ఠాన చక్రాన్ని వివరిస్తూ

తవ స్వాధిష్టానే హుతవహ మధిష్ఠాయ నిరతం
తమీడే సంవర్తం జనని మహతీం తాంచ సమయాంl
యదాలోకే లోకాన్ దహతి మహతి క్రోధకలితే
దయార్ద్రా యాద్దృష్టిః శిశిరముపచారం రచయతిll

స్వాధిష్ఠానము అగ్నిస్థానము. ఇక్కడ ఉండే అగ్నిని సంవర్తగ్ని అంటారు. ఇక్కడ శివుడు సంవర్తగ్ని రూపంలో లోకాలను దహించివేస్తుంటే, దేవి తన కరుణా దృక్కులతో ఆ లోకాలను శమింపచేస్తూ ఉంటుంది. షట్చక్రనిరూపణంలో “స్వాధిష్ఠానము లింగస్థానంలో సింధూరపు రంగులో ఉంటుంది. దీని ఆరుదళాలలోను బంధిని మొదలైన శక్తులు విద్యుల్లతలలాగా ప్రకాశిస్తుంటాయి. దీనికి అధిదేవత బ్రహ్మ. బీజం అర్ధచంద్రాకారంలో ఉంటుంది.

సంతానోపనిషత్తులో “ఈ చక్రంలో సిద్ధేశ్వరీ దేవికి నాలుగు ముఖాలుంటాయి. వీటినే నాలుగుశిరస్సులు అంటారు. గర్భస్థ శిశువుకు ఈ నెలలో చెవులు ఏర్పడతాయి. ఇప్పుడు నోరు, ముక్కు కన్ను, చెవి. ఈ నాలుగే ఆ దేవతముఖాలు.

అధచతుర్ధమాసే జఠరకటి ప్రదేశ్ భవతి
ఈ సమయంలో పిండానికి ఉదరము, కటి ప్రదేశము ఏర్పడతాయి. ఈ మాసంలో గర్భిణీ స్త్రీకి మధువు మంచి ఆహారము. అది తల్లికి బిడ్డకి కూడా క్షేమము.

Siddeshwari Devi, the presiding deity of Swadhishthana Chakra. The seed (beeja), energy(shakti) and vitality(keelakam) of the swadhishtana are with 'Ka' symbol, hence she is called Kakina. Swadhisthana is explained in Yogininyasam like this

Svādhiṣṭānākhyapadmē rasadaḷalasitē vēdavaṁ trinētrāṁ

hastābhyāṁ dhārayantīṁ triśikhaguṇakapālābhayāṁ unmatta garvāṁ

mēdōdhātu pratiṣṭāṁ aḷimadamuditāṁ bandinī mukhyayuktāṁ

pītāṁ dadhyōdanaṣṭāṁ abhimataphaladāṁ kākinīṁ bhāvayāmaḥ

In the the six-petalled Swadhisthana Chakra, there is goddess Kaakina with four heads, three eyes, trisula, pasha, skull, and abhaya mudra in hands, intoxicated with sura(divine liquor) and with pride. She is in the grey matter of the mind and is surrounded by shaktis like Bandini.

Svādhiṣṭāna dēvatā kākinī yukta brahmasvarūpiṇyambā

śrī pādukāmpūjayāmi tarpayāmi namaḥ

Saint Shankaracharya explained Swadishtana in the 39th verse of Soundarya lahari

Tava svādhiṣṭānē hutavaha madhiṣṭhāya nirataṁ

tamīḍē sanvartaṁ janani mahatīṁ tān̄ca samayāṁ |

yadālōkē lōkān dahati mahati krōdhakalitē

dayārdrā yāddr̥ṣṭiḥ śiśiramupacāraṁ racayati ||

Swadhisthana is the place of fire. The fire present here is called Samvartagni. Here Lord Shiva is burning the worlds in the form of Samvarthagni, while Divine mother is soothing the worlds with her compassionate gaze. In Shatchakranirupana, it is said, “Svadhisthana is vermilion in color and is present near the male organ. Shaktis like Bandhini shine like lightning in its six petals. Its presiding deity is Brahma. The seed is crescent shaped. In Santanopanishat it is said that “Siddheshwari Devi has four faces in this chakra. These are called four heads. The ears of the baby in the womb are formed in this month. Now mouth it has, nose eye, ear. These are the four faces of the goddess. Adhachaturdhamase Jhatrakati Pradesh Bhavati During this time, the abdomen and pelvic area of the fetus are formed. Honey is a good food for a pregnant woman in this month. It is good for both mother and child.
