తన బిడ్డలలో ఉన్న భక్తి భావన అంటే అమ్మకు చాలా ఇష్టం. భక్తి సాధనలో మనకు సహాయపడటానికి ఆమె ఎప్పుడు ఎదురుచూస్తుంటుంది. భక్తి ద్వారా మనం అమ్మను సునాయాసంగా చేరుకోగలము. నిష్కామకర్మ వలన భక్తి కలుగుతుంది. భక్తి వలన జ్ఞానం కలుగుతుంది. జ్ఞానం వలన వైరాగ్యం కలుగుతుంది. మన అమ్మ జగజ్జనని. సృష్టి, స్థితి, లయ కారిణి. ఆమె ప్రతాపం, తెలివితేటలు గురుంచి మనం ఎంత చెప్పగలం. ఆమె గొప్పతనం వర్ణనాతీతం. భండునితో యుధ్ధం జరిగినపుడు మనం ఆవిడ ప్రతాపం, బలం, బలగం ప్రత్యక్షంగా చూసాము. అటువంటి అమ్మ, ఒక చిన్న అతిసాధారణమైన బిడ్డ ఆర్తితో, భక్తితో అమ్మా అని తలచుకోగానే ఇహం పరం మరచిపోయి బిడ్డా బిడ్డా అనుకుంటూ మన దగ్గరకు వచ్చేస్తుంది. మన కష్టాలని బాధలని తొలగించి పరమానందం కలుగజేస్తుంది. ఆవిడ అమ్మతనం మన భక్తి వలన ప్రకటితమవుతుంది. ఆ భక్తికి ఆమె వశమవుతుంది. అటువంటి అమ్మ మనవద్ద ఉంటె ఇక భయానికి చోటెక్కడుంది?
Divine mother is eager to help us. She wants to reach to us. The easiest path to reach Mother is devotion. Actions without selfish motives lead to devotion. Worship with devotion leads to awareness of truth and illusion. When you do introspection with this awareness it leads to vairagya (self-realization). Mother is all powerful. She is mighty and magnanimous. We saw her capabilities in war with Bhandasura in previous names. She has the whole universe to rule and administer. But when a child yearns for her with devotion, she will forget all her virtues. Helping that child will become her first and topmost priority. She will not care for anything else. That is motherhood. There are numerous stories in puranas that describe such incidents. If such mother is with us, there is no room for fear!
