893. Vishnurupini

శ్రీ మహావిష్ణువుతో వేరుగాని రూపము గలది. సృష్టికి పూర్వం అమ్మ జగత్తును సృష్టించటం కోసం తన అంశతో బ్రహ్మ విష్ణు రుద్రులను సృష్టించింది అని చెప్పబడింది. అలాగే తన అంశలే అయిన మహాకాళి, మహాలక్ష్మి, మహాసరస్వతులను సృష్టించి వారికి సహాయకులుగా ఉంటారని చెప్పింది. కాబట్టి శ్రీమహావిష్ణువు అంటే లలితమ్మే. అంతేకాని వేరుకాదు.

బ్రహ్మాండపురాణంలో విష్ణుమూర్తి ఇలా చెప్తాడు

ఆద్యా శక్తిర్మహేశస్య చతుర్థా భిన్న విగ్రహా భోగే భవానీరూపా సా దుర్గారూపా చ సంగరే కోపేచ కాళికారూపా పుంరూపాచ మదాత్మికే ఆ మాత యొక్క శక్తి నాలుగు రూపాలుగా ఉంటుంది. 1. భోగరూపంలో - భవాని, 2. యుద్ధరంగంలో - దుర్గ, 3. కోపమున - కాళి, 4. పురుషరూపంలో - విష్ణువు.

'నా రూపమే గోపికా స్త్రీలను మోహింపచేయునది' అని చెప్పటంచేత విష్ణురూపిణి అనబడుతుంది.

కూర్మపురాణంలో హిమవంతుడు పరమేశ్వరిని సహస్ర మూర్థాన మనంత శక్తిం సహస్ర బాహుం పురుషం పురాణం శయానమభైలలితే తవైవ నారాయణాఖ్యం ప్రణతో 2 స్మిరూపం || వేయితలలు గల దానిని, గొప్పశక్తి గల దానిని, వేయి చేతులు గల దానిని సాగరమందు శయనించు దానిని ఓ దేవీ ! నీదైన నారాయణరూపమునకు నమస్కరించ చున్నాను. అంటూ స్తుతిస్తాడు. కూర్మపురాణంలో శివుడు మంకణుడు అనే వాడికి విశ్వరూపం చూపుతాడు. అది చూచిన అతడు ఆ రూపాన్ని వర్ణించి నీ పార్శ్వమందున్నది ఎవరు ? అంటాడు. అప్పుడు శివుడు మమ సా పరమా మాయా ప్రకృతి స్త్రీగుణాత్మికా యోచ్యతే మునిభి శ్శక్తి ర్జగద్యోని స్సనాతనీ స ఏవ మాయయా విశ్వం వ్యామోహయతి విశ్వజిత్ ఆమెయే పరమైన మాయాశక్తి. మునులు ఆ శక్తినే త్రిగుణాత్మకమైన ప్రకృతి అంటున్నారు. ఆమెయే ఈ విశ్వానికి ప్రాచీనమైన యోని. (మూలకారణము) ఆమె మాయతో విశ్వాన్ని మోహింపచేస్తున్నది. నారాయణుడే మాయారూపుడు అని వేదాలు చెబుతున్నాయి అంటాడు. కాబట్టి నారాయణుడే పరమశక్తి. పరమేశ్వరియే విష్ణురూపిణి. అందుచేతనే ఆమె విష్ణురూపిణీ అనబడింది.

Divine mother is of the form of Lord Vishnu. Before the creation, Mother created Brahma, Vishnu and Rudra from her Shakti. Then she created Saraswathi, Lakshmi and Durga from her Shakti to help them. Here she is being called with the name of one of her forms - Vishnu.

Lord Vishnu said like this in Brahmanda puraana

Aadyaa shaktirmaheshasya chaturdhaa bhinna vigrahaa

Bhoge bhavaanee roopaa saa durgaa roopaa cha sangare

kopecha kaalikaa roopaa pumroopaacha madaatmike

Mother's Shakti is in four forms. It is called Bhavaani when enjoying pleasures. It is called Durga while in battlefield. It is called Kaali when she is angry, and it is called Vishnu when she takes a masculine form.

As Mother said that the gopikas are attracted to my form, she is being called as Vishnu roopini.

Himavantha prayed Divine Mother like this in Koorma puraana

Sahasra moordaana mananta shaktim sahasra baahum purusham puraanam

Shayaanamabhailalite tavaiva Naraayanaakhyam Pranatosmi roopam ||

I salute that form that has 1000 heads, infinite strength, 1000 hands, the one that is sleeping on the sea. O Mother! You are the Narayanee. I salute to you.

Another story from Koorma puraana

Lord Shiva grants Vishwa rupa darshana to Mankana. Then Mankana asked, "Who is that one very close to you?". Then Shiva said like this.

mama saa paramaa maayaa prakruthi stree gunaatmikaa

Yochyate munibhi ssakthir jagadyoni ssanaatanee

Sa eva maayayaa vishwam vyaamohayathi vishwajit

She is the Maya. The Parama Shakti. Embodiment of all the three gunas. She is the birthplace of all the creation. She is the curtain of illusion. Vedas describe Naraayana as Maya. Hence, she is called as Vishnurupini.
