విష్ణోరియం వైష్ణవీ
విష్ణుమూర్తి యొక్క శక్తి వైష్ణవి.
దేవీ పురాణంలో
శంఖ చక్రగదాన్ ధత్తే విష్ణుమాతా తథా రిహా
విష్ణురూపా థవా దేవీ వైష్ణవీ తేన గీయతే
శంఖము, చక్రము, గద ధరించినది, విష్ణువునకు తల్లి, శత్రువులను చంపునది, విష్ణురూపము గలది. ఈమె వైష్ణవీ అనబడుతున్నది.
ఆమె విష్ణువు యొక్క శక్తి. లక్ష్మీ స్వరూపురాలు. స్థితికారిణి, సర్వవ్యాపి, శంఖచక్రములు ధరించిన గరుడవాహనమైనది. కాబట్టి వైష్ణవీ అనబడుతోంది.
సప్తశతిలో
శంఖ చక్ర గదా శార్గజ్ల గృహీత పరమాయుధే
ప్రసీద వైష్ణవీరూపే నారాయణి ! నమోస్తు తే ||
వైష్ణవీ రూపం ధరించి శంఖము, చక్రము, గద, ధనుస్సు ఆయుధములు గలగిన ఓ నారాయణీ నీకు ప్రణామములు.
Vishnoriyam Vaishnavi
The Shakti of Vishnu is Vaishnavi
It is said like this in Devi Puraana
Shankha chakragadaan dhatte vishnumaataa tathaa rihaa
vishnuroopaa thavaa devee vaishnavee tena geeyate
She carries a conch, wheel, bludgeon. She is mother of Vishnu and Killer of enemies. She is in the form of Vishnu. She is Vaishnavi.
She is the shakti of Vishnu. She takes the form of Lakshmi. Administers the act of sustenance. She is spread everywhere. She carries conch and wheel and travels on Garuda. So, she is called Vaishnavi.
It is said like this in Sapthasathi
Shankha chakra gadhaa saargjna gruheetha paramaayudhe
praseedha vaishnaveeroope naaraayani! namostute te ||
She takes the form of Vaishnavi and carries conch, wheel, bow and a bludgeon. I salute to that Narayani.
