ప్రత్యక్ తాదృశం రూపం యాస్యాః-సాప్రతికూలమైన గతి కలది. అనుకూలమైన గతి అంటే - బయట ప్రపంచాన్ని చూడటం. ప్రతికూలము అంటే బాహ్యదృష్టికాదు. అంతఃదృష్టి గలది. అంతర్ముఖమైనది. ఇంద్రియాలు విషయోన్ముఖం కావటం బాహ్యదృష్టి, అదే దృష్టిని మనలోపల ఉన్న ఆత్మదర్శసం కోసమని లోపలకు త్రిప్పినట్లేతే అది అంతఃదృష్టి. పరమాత్మ ఇంద్రియాలను సృష్టించాడు. అవి బాహ్యజగత్తును మాత్రమే చూస్తాయి. వాటికి ఆత్మని దర్శించేశక్తి ఉండదు. ఇంద్రియాలను స్వాధీనం చేసుకుని మనసును అదుపులో ఉంచినట్లైతే ఆత్మ సాక్షాత్కారమవుతుంది. ఆత్మే అమ్మ రూపము. అందుచేత ఆమె రూపము ప్రత్యక్ గా అంతరాత్మ నందే చూడదగినది.

Senses are created by Paramatma. Their job is to perceive the world. They can only perceive the outer world. They cannot perceive Atma. Atma can be perceived by internalizing the mind. Mind can be internalized by drawing the focus back from the senses. When you withdraw energy from senses, the mind starts the inner journey. Then it can witness the Atma. That is Divine Mother.
