రాజులు, మహారాజులు, చక్రవర్తులు, యక్షగరుడకిన్నెర కింపురుషులకు దేవతలకు కూడా ఈమె ఈశ్వరి.

మనలను పాలించే వారు - రాజులు
రాజులను శాసించేవారు - రారాజులు చక్రవర్తులు
చక్రవర్తులను పాలించేవారు శాసించేవారు - దేవతలు
అటువంటి దేవతలతో కూడా అర్చించబడేది. వారికి కూడా ఈశ్వరి.

మంత్రాలలో రాజు వంటిది షోడశాక్షరి. అందుకే మహాషోడశిని మంత్రరాజము అన్నారు. అటువంటి మంత్రరాజముచే అర్చించబడునది.

రాజులు - యక్షులు. యక్షులకు రాజు కుబేరుడు. అటువంటి కుబేరునిచేత అర్చించబడునది. పంచదశి మహామంత్రాన్ని జపించి తరించినవారిలో కుబేరుడు ఒకడు. ఈయన ఉపాసించినది కామరాజమంత్రం.
