కపర్ది అంటే శివుడు. కపర్దకము అంటే గవ్వ, శివుని జడముడి అని అర్ధం. కపర్దిని అంటే కపర్టి అనే పేరుగల శివుని యొక్క శక్తి. జటాజూటము ధరించినది. గవ్వలమాలలచే అలంకరించబడినది. శక్తి.

కపర్దినీశక్తి సాక్షాత్తూ పరమేశ్వరస్వరూపము. సత్యము, జ్ఞానము, ఆనందమే రూపంగా గలది. శాశ్వతమైనది. నిత్యమైనది. బ్రహ్మానందస్వరూప అయిన పరబ్రహ్మ, ఆమె పరమేశ్వరి. ఈమె ఎప్పుడూ ఒంటరిగా ఉండదు. శివునితో కలిసే ఉంటుంది. శివుడు లేకుండా శక్తి లేదు. శక్తి లేకుండా శివుడు లేదు. ఇద్దరూ ఎప్పుడూ కలిసే ఉంటారు. అదే శివశక్తుల సామరస్యము. కళల యొక్క రూపం ఈమె. కళలు విద్యాకళలని, వృత్తి కళలని, దేవకళలని ఉన్నాయి. వీటన్నింటి యొక్క స్వరూపం ఆ పరమేశ్వరియే. తనను నమ్మినవారి కోరికలు ఎటువంటివైనా సరే తీరుస్తుంది. ఆమె కామేశ్వరుని శక్తి. కామేశ్వరి. కామరూపిణి. సమస్తకళలకు నిధి. కవిత్వం కూడా ఒక కళే. కవులు వ్రాసినవి కావ్యాలు. ఆ కావ్యాలనే కళల రూపము ఆమే. శృంగారాది నవరసాలచే తెలియబడేది. రసానికి నిధి. రసము అంటే బ్రహ్మానందం. అటువంటి బ్రహ్మానందాన్ని ఎల్లప్పుడూ పొందేది. ఈ రకంగా అమితమైన ఆనందం పొందటం వల్ల పుష్టిగా ఉంటుంది. శివాది క్షితి పర్యంతము 36 తత్వాలతో నిండినదై పుష్టిగా ఉంటుంది. ఆది అనాది అయినది ఆమే. సృష్టి ప్రారంభానికి ముందే ఉన్నది. దేవతలను సృష్టించినది ఆమే. అంతేకాదు సృష్టికి కారకులయిన త్రిమూర్తులను సృష్టించింది కూడా ఆమే. అందుచేత అందరూ ఆమెను పూజిస్తారు. అందరూ అంటే - అన్ని లోకాలవారూ ఆమెను పూజిస్తారు. మానవులు, గంధర్వులు, దేవతలు ఇంతేకాదు. రాక్షసులు కూడా పరమేశ్వరిని అర్చిస్తారు. ఆమె ఈ జగత్తునంతటనూ పోషిస్తుంది. కలువల వంటి కనులు గలిగి ఉంటుంది. కోట్లకొలది సూర్యకాంతులతో ప్రకాశిస్తుంటుంది. అమితమైన తేజస్సుతో ఉంటుంది. అది దివ్యమైన జ్ఞానజ్యోతి. ఆమె అణువుకన్నా చిన్నది. మహత్తుకన్న గొప్పది. పరులకన్న పరమైనది. అంటే దేవతలకన్న కూడా శ్రేష్ఠమైనది. చేతిలో పాశం ధరించి ఉంటుంది. అంటే భక్తుల యొక్క పాశాలను, బంధనాలను తెంచివేసి వారికి మోక్షం ప్రసాదిస్తుంది. తన భక్తులను ఇబ్బందులపాలుచేసే అభిచారికమంత్రాలను విభేదిస్తుంది.

Kapardi means Shiva. Kapardakamu means hair, which refers to the hair of Shiva. Kapardini means the power of Shiva, who is in the form of Kapardi. She is adorned with matted hair and decorated with seashell garlands.

Kapardini Shakti is the embodiment of Lord Parameshwara. She can be expressed as embodiment of truth, knowledge, or bliss. She is eternal and permanent. The supreme Brahmananda is the embodiment of Parabrahma, who is none other than the Divine mother. She always exists in unity with Shiva. Without Shiva, there is no Shakti; without Shakti, there is no Shiva. Both are always together. This is the harmony of Shiva-Shakti. She is the form of arts such as music, dance, and painting. She is the form of all the three types of arts such as 1) Vidyakala, 2) Vruttikala, 3) Devakala. She fulfills all the desires of those seeking her. She is the Shakti of Kameshwara. She is Kamarupini (the one who takes any form). She is the treasure of all arts. All the poems written are her forms. She is known by the nine rasas (emotions). The essence of rasa is Brahmaananda (bliss). She is always in the state of Brahmananda. She has all the 36 tattvas within the horizon. She existed before creation began and created all gods and goddesses. Even the Trimurtis who are responsible for creation, sustenance and destruction were created by her. Therefore, everyone worships her - all people in all worlds worship her - humans, Gandharvas, and gods alike even demons worship the Divine mother. She nourishes this world like a mother and has eyes like lotus petals that shine like millions of suns together with infinite light.

She is smaller than an atom and greater than the greatest. That means she is superior to the gods. She holds the noose in her hand. That means she liberates her devotees from shackles of their sins and virtues. She protects all her seekers from any sort of harmful tantras.
