చతుర్దిక్షు చతుర్వేదమూర్తి మద్భి రభిప్లుతమ్
కోటి సూర్యప్రతీకాశం చంద్రకోటి సుశీతలమ్
విద్యుత్కోటి సమానాభ మరణం తత్పరం మహః ||
రూపుదాల్చిన నాలుగు వేదాలచేత స్తుతించబడుతున్నది. కోట్లకొలది సూర్యుల కాంతులతో, విరాజిల్లుతూ కోట్లకొలది చంద్రుల చల్లదనము గలిగి ఉన్నది. ఆ రూపము కొన్ని కోట్ల మెరుపులు ఒక్కసారి మెరిసినట్లుగా తళుక్కున మెరిసింది. అరుణారుణకాంతులు వెదజల్లుతున్నది. అందుచేతనే ఈశావాస్యోపవిషత్తులో సాధకుడు బ్రహ్మలోకానికి బయలుదేరాడు. బ్రహ్మలోకానికి తలవాకిలి సూర్యమండలము. ఆ మార్గమంతా తేజోమయమైన సూర్య మండలము. తేజోమయమై కాంతిపుంజముతో కప్పబడి ఉంటుంది. ఆ కాంతిలో బ్రహ్మ లోకానికిపోయే త్రోవకూడా కనపడదు. అందుచేత సాధకుడు పరమాత్మను తన కాంతిని కొంత ఉపసంహరించుకోమని కోరతాడు. ఈ రకంగా అమ్మ తేజోమయమైన కాంతిపుంజము. అందుచేతనే ఆమె ప్రభారూపా అని చెప్పబడుతుంది.
She who has the Animadi deities who are Prabharupas as her body. The Divine Mother is Manomai and Kantimayi. She has the form of the light of a million suns. Divine mother is a radiant beam of light.
It is said like this in Devi Bhagavatam.
Caturdikṣu caturvēdamūrti madbhi rabhiplutam
kōṭi sūryapratīkāśaṁ candrakōṭi suśītalam
vidyutkōṭi samānābha maraṇaṁ tatparaṁ mahaḥ ||
Divine mother is praised by the four Vedas, she is glowing with the light of billions of suns, the coolness of billions of moons. She flashed with the dazzling light of a million lightning of the sky. It is said like this in Ishavasyopanishat about a seeker who left for brahmaloka. Surya Mandalam is the gateway to Brahmaloka. The path through out is a brilliant and filled with a infinite beams of light. It becomes difficult to find out the path to Brahma in that dazzling brilliance. Hence the seeker requests the Supreme to withdraw some of its brilliance. This brilliant bright beam of light is Divine mother. So she is called Prabharupa.
