'Vikalpa' means wavering. Circling around a number of choices or options. The mind is described as union of 'sankalpa' and 'vikalpa'. Meaning it either determines to do something(sankalpa) or keeps circling around alternatives(vikalpa). But is never clam. But divine mother has no 'Raaga' or 'Dwesha'. So her mind does not waver. If there is need, she will make a determination (sankalpa) to do something. After that she will go back to meditation. She does not have a wavering mind. She is 'Nirvikalpa'
వికల్పమంటే ఊగిసలాట. మనస్సును సంకల్ప వికల్ప సంఘాతం అని అంటారు. ఏదైనా అవసరం ఉంటె తత్కార్యం కోసం సంకల్పిస్తుంది. లేకపోతే ఏవేవో తలచుకుంటూ భ్రమిస్తూ ఉంటుంది. కానీ కుదురుగా ప్రశాంతంగా ఉండలేదు. కానీ అమ్మకి రాగద్వేషాలు లేవుకదా. అందుకని ఆమె మనస్సు ఊగిసలాడదు. సంకల్పించిన కార్యం పూర్తి అవగానే ఆవిడ హాయిగా ధ్యానంలోకి వెళ్ళిపోతుంది. అందుకే నిర్వికల్ప అని అన్నారు.
