బ్రహ్మాది శక్తులలో 5వది వారాహి. కాబట్టి పంచమి అంటే వారాహి అనికూడా అర్ధం వస్తుంది.
మకార పంచకములో 5వది ఆనందరూపము కాబట్టి పంచమీ అంటే ఆనందరూపిణి.
పంచవిధ ముక్తులలో 5వది సాయుజ్యము. అమ్మ ఎప్పుడూ తురీయాతీతంలోనే ఉంటుంది. కాబట్టి పంచమీ అనబడుతోంది.
