నిలకడ గల మనస్సు అమ్మ పైనే స్వతంత్రంగా అధివసించి ఉంటుంది.
మనస్సుకు 11 వికృతాలు అవి:
1.కామ 2.సంకల్ప 3.విచికిత్స 4.శ్రద్ధ 5. సత్యము 6.ధృతి 7.అధృతి 8.శ్రీహ్ 9.హ్రీహ్ 10.భీహ్ 11.ధీహ్
ఈ వికృతాలు మానవుని పూర్వ కర్మను బట్టి మారుతుంటాయి. అంటే పండితుడి యందు ఒక రకంగానూ పామరుడి యందు ఒక రకంగానూ ఉంటాయి. బ్రహ్మచారి యందు ఒక రకంగానూ సంసారి యందు ఒక రకంగానూ ఉంటాయి. పూర్వ కర్మలను బట్టి మనస్సులో వికారములు కలుగుతాయి. వీటి వలన భవిష్యత్ వర్తమానాలలో కర్మలు జరుగుతుంటాయి. ఇలా సంకల్ప వికల్పాలతో మనస్సు తిరుగాడుతూనే ఉంటుంది. ఎప్పుడైతే మనిషి కర్మ ఫలమందు ఆసక్తి వదిలేస్తాడో అప్పుడు మనస్సు నిలకడ అవుతుంది. అమ్మవైపు తిరిగిపోతుంది.
జీవులన్నింటికీ జన్మించినపుడు మూడు శరీరాలు ఉంటాయి. స్థూలదేహం ఈ జన్మలో కల్పించబడింది. కానీ సూక్ష్మ కారణ దేహాలు పూర్వ జన్మ సుకృతాలు. గత జన్మలో ఉన్న బలమైన కోరికలు పూర్తిగా తీరకపోతే అవి ఈ జన్మలో కొనసాగుతాయి. వాటి ఆధారంగానే కొత్త కోరికలు కూడా పుడతాయి. ఈ రెండూ కలిసి మనసులో పనిచేస్తాయి. తదనుగుణంగా మానవుడి ఆలోచనలు సాగుతాయి. ప్రతిజన్మలోనూ జీవి మనస్సుకు, కర్మలకు సాక్షి లలితమ్మే. కాబట్టి ఆమె మనస్వినీ అనబడుతుంది.
By nature, human mind is inclined towards Divine Mother. But it cannot focus on Her due to internal turbulence in it. When you rid the mind of all worldly thoughts, the turbulence will go away. Then it seeks Mother's abode.
The mind has 11 types of orientations. They are:
1.Kaama 2.sankalpa, 3.Vichikitsa, 4.Shraddha, 5.Satyamu, 6.Dhrithi, 7.Adhrithi, 8.Sreeh, 9.Hreeh, 10.Bheeh, 11.Dheeh
These orientations are dependent upon ones past actions. That means they are specific to each individual. The orientation of a learned scholar will be different from that of an uneducated person. The orientation of a bachelor is different from that of a family man. These orientations influence the actions in present and future. That means what one does in the past has strong influence on his/her present and future actions. But when you shun the fruits of your actions, then the mind becomes free of these orientations. It will turn towards Divine Mother.
All beings get three bodies by birth. A physical body is given in this life. But its metaphysical and ethereal bodies continue from past life. Any strong unfulfilled wishes from past lives become part of these metaphysical and ethereal bodies. These combined with the new physical body in this life gives rise to new wishes. These wishes direct how one would think and act. Divine Mother is the witness to all the wishes and actions of all the past and current lives. Hence, she is called Manasvini.
