ఓజస్సు అంటే శక్తి, బలము అని అర్ధం.
మానవశరీరం ఏడు ధాతువులతో ఏర్పడింది. అవి చర్మము, మాంసము, చీవి, నెత్తురు, అస్థి, శుక్ల మేధ. ఓజస్సు ఎనిమిదవ ధాతువు. వీటన్నింటికీ ఆధారమైనది.ప్రాణములు నిలబడటానికి ఆధారమైనది ఓజస్సు. ఆ ఓజస్సే స్వరూపముగా కలది.
Ojas means vital life energy. Human body is made of 7 basic elements. They are skin, flesh, plasma, blood, bones, grey matter and reproductive cells. Ojas is the one that gives energy to all these elements.
Ojas is the one that give basic life support. It is not possible to live without Ojas. Divine mother is personification of Ojas.
